DIANA J. ZINSER
Diana focuses her practice on consumer protection and healthcare litigation. She is currently working on a number of cases, including In re Merck Mumps Vaccine Antitrust Litigation, No. 2:12-cv-03555 (E.D. Pa.); In re Niaspan Antitrust Litigation, No. 2:13-md-2460 (E.D. Pa.; In re Suboxone Antitrust Litigation, (E.D. Pa.), Vista Healthplan, Inc. v. Cephalon, Inc. et al., C.A. No. 2:06-cv-01833 (E.D. Pa.); In re Celebrex (Celecoxib) Antitrust Litigation, No. 2:14-cv-00395 (E.D. Va.); and United Food & Commercial Workers Unions and Employers Midwest Health Benefits Fund v. Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp., No. 1:15-cv-12732 (D. Mass.). In these and other cases, Ms. Zinser represents consumers and end payors in nationwide class actions against pharmaceutical companies to recover unlawful overcharges for prescription drugs.
Prior to joining SRK, Ms. Zinser was an attorney with the law firm Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLC, where she was involved with litigation against numerous drug manufacturers for illegal marketing practices and attempts to keep generic competitors off the market. While attending law school, she received a summer fellowship from the Peggy Browning Fund and worked as a legal intern for Sheet Metal Workers Local Union No. 19.
After a collegiate athletic career that included stints on both the SJU women’s rowing and rugby teams, Ms. Zinser has continued her active lifestyle as an avid runner, completing numerous full- and half-marathons and other races. Ms. Zinser also fulfilled a life-long dream when she appeared on Jeopardy in February 2015, where she came in second place.
